Is It Safe Downloading The Software Omstars

To sustain a practice for life, a student requires three pillars: Discipline (Abhyasa), Truth (Satya), and Nourishment (Poshan). Omstars exists as a dedicated space where these timeless principles meet the modern practitioner. We operate not as a content library, but as an online school and a spiritual home for those who keep showing up on the mat.

The Architecture of Practice

* 7,000+ On-Demand Lessons: Explore a comprehensive resource for self-paced study across 20+ traditional styles, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Pranayama, built to practice on your own terms and at your own rhythm.
* The Live Transmission: Access interactive weekly live classes within our global shala with direct guidance and real-time teacher feedback, honoring the difference between watching and being seen.
* Structured Learning Paths: Progress intentionally from foundational physical sequences up to traditional Sanskrit texts, philosophy, and the Yoga Sutras.
* Nourishing Life Off the Mat: Integrate your practice into how you live, eat, and reflect through plant-based cooking classes, philosophy journals, and weekly podcast inquiries with Kino MacGregor.

Meet the mat when you can, track your daily commitment through the breakthroughs and the plateaus, and find the structure you need for a lifelong practice.

I've wanted to do ashtanga for a long time and like Kino a lot. These are just constructive criticisms to hopefully create improvements that will help everyone: usability, customer satisfaction, and sales at the end of the day. 1. It loads really slowly on my phone :/ 2. I wish you could sort through paid and unpaid classes and just sort through more things in general. It's difficult to to sort through

Omstars is great, the Android app needs work. Doesn't disable lock timeout when a video is playing so the video will stop playing when my phone automatically dims. Chromecasting a video works for about 5 minutes and then it will restart from the beginning. Haven't been able to get through a whole video since I downloaded this app. Linking to live classes via zoom works great though. Hoping the playback problems will be fixed soon because I was so excited to finally have the Android app!

I think Kino has the best YouTube yoga lessons. The app however loads pretty slow and most of the videos I saw on the app I had already done on youtube before. Other thing I didn't like about the app is there would be some videos saying in the description to do the warm up before but the before warm up was no where to be found even searching all possible terms or the instructor's name. Waste 20+ mins trying to search for a video to follow when it would normally take 1-2mins on youtube.
